Branding Guidelines

Even as a non-profit, brands and logos are a core representation of an organization. As such, we hope that these guidelines, will help our organization have more community outreach, and vice versa for our welfare homes.

You may use any of the logos featured on all Ti-Ratana Buddhist Society, Ti-Ratana Welfare Society, Meals on Wheels and TRYBS websites for purposes limited to activites that are being jointly organized between any of our organizations departments/projects, activites being held at our venues or hosted on our online platforms, tokens of appreciation, whether in a physical format such as a plaque, or certificate or online media, including videos, photos, slides and digital certificates.

High resolution copies of the logos are available upon request, and selected standard quality versions of our logos are available here. For logos not available on this page and for all high resolution copies of logos, you may contact us at branding@ti-ratana.org.

The following logos must not be used on any document of identification that is not issued by Ti-Ratana and any of our organizations departments. Any merchandise that is for sale, or for free distribution that contains our logo must have prior approval obtained from the Ti-Ratana Group. You can do so by contacting branding@ti-ratana.org.

Our former logo is for use on any pre-dated items containing a date prior to 1st January 2019.

Ti-Ratana Group Logo

Ti-Ratana Logo Solid Blue.png

This logo should be used in situations meant to represent the Ti-Ratana Group overall. It can be used on its own, but also can be used alongside any of the other logos on this page. However, if the situation is meant to represent a particular department of our organization, this logo must be used alongside that department's logo, or that department's logo can also be used alone.

The colour used in our group logo is Catalina Blue, with the HEX code #023F87.

The blue can also be referred to as "Deep Compassionate Blue", as that is the virtue that the colour traditionally represents in Buddhism, and that is what the colour stands for at Ti-Ratana.

Ti-Ratana Buddhist Society

TRBS_New_Logo.png

This logo should be used in situations meant to represent our Buddhist Society. It can be used on its own, but also can be used alongside any of the other logos on this page.

The colours used in our Buddhist Society's logo are

- Catalina Blue, with the HEX code #083F88

- French Rose, with the HEX code #F05B89

The meaning behind the logo is simple - the Dhammacakka to represent the Buddha, His Dhamma and the Sangha, and the lotus as a universal symbol of purity in Buddhism. A lotus blooms in the dirty mud, but is ever so beautiful. Like a lotus, all of us may be born into Samsara (the earthly world) but we have the potential to become a Buddha (Perfectly Enlightened One).

The blue can also be referred to as "Deep Compassionate Blue", as that is the virtue that the colour traditionally represents in Buddhism, and that is what the colour stands for at Ti-Ratana. The pink can also be referred to as "Lotus Pink", representing a lotus.
